タキイ種苗の協力で全国の農家に会いに行く本企画。第四回目となる今回は神奈川県藤沢市で農業を営む青柳正雄さん。ホウレンソウ や枝豆を中心とした栽培をおこなう、第一種農家。地元の農家の有志ではじめた「さがみ地粉（じごな）の会」の会長でもあります。
